clipcloud

Terms

These terms cover your use of ClipCloud, the footage library at clipcloud.ai, while it is in beta. ClipCloud is run by ClipCloud AI Inc. ("we"). By creating an account or connecting a Google Drive, you agree to them. We'll update them before ClipCloud launches and tell you by email when we do.

The beta

ClipCloud is unfinished. Features may change, break or go away, and we may pause or end the beta. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.

Your footage

You own your footage. You give us permission to store, copy, scan and show it only so we can run ClipCloud for you: playback copies, thumbnails, search and share links. When you connect a Google Drive, we only read the folders you link and never change or delete files in it. You confirm you have the right to upload or link everything you add.

Acceptable use

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Paid plans

The beta is free unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. Paid plans will come with their own price and billing terms before you're charged.

Ending

You can stop using ClipCloud and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We delete your data as described in our Privacy page.

No warranty

ClipCloud is provided as is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
