This page explains what ClipCloud collects when you join the waitlist on clipcloud.ai, why, and what you can do about it. We'll update it as ClipCloud grows.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your role (brand, creator, editor, agency or other).
- Whether you asked for early beta access.
- Your country, worked out from your network connection. Not your precise location.
- The campaign tags in the link you came from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and the page that sent you (the referrer).
- When you joined, and the consent wording you saw.
Why
To run the waitlist and to email you about ClipCloud's beta and launch. The campaign tags tell us which channels bring people here. We don't sell or rent your data.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the waitlist. It also runs the check that keeps bots out of the form, and counts visits without cookies.
- Resend sends our emails.
They process your data only to provide these services to us, and may do so outside Canada.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after ClipCloud launches, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address only to make sure we don't email you again.
Your rights
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email us at the address below.
